Root-Cause Analysis. We teach you how to stop building solutions around symptoms and start addressing the forces creating the problem. This will completely change what you choose to build, who you build for, and where you intervene.
Problem Framing. We teach you how to challenge the assumptions hiding inside your original problem statement. A better frame opens up better possibilities. Instead of solving the first problem you see, you learn to identify the problem worth solving.
